Terms of Service

ROI Whales is a trading name of Renaissance Enterprise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 15196090), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”, “the platform”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ROI Whales platform as a contractor or prospective contractor.

By creating an account, signing a service agreement, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.

ROI Whales is an exclusive lead generation platform for home service contractors. We operate proprietary consumer-facing properties to generate homeowner enquiries. The identity, structure, and operation of these properties are confidential business information and are not disclosed to contractors. Leads are generated through our own paid advertising and marketing activities and routed to contractors through our proprietary distribution system.

Our core service is the delivery of exclusive leads. Exclusivity means:

• Each lead is delivered to one contractor only and is never shared simultaneously with multiple contractors
• Once a lead is assigned to you within a service niche, that homeowner contact will not be reassigned to another contractor in the same niche at any future time
• After an appropriate period, the same homeowner contact may be made available in a separate, unrelated service category only — never within the original niche
• Exclusivity applies equally across all package tiers, including any bonus or replacement leads

Exclusivity protects you against receiving a contact already assigned to another contractor on our platform. It does not guarantee that the homeowner has not independently contacted other businesses, nor does it guarantee conversion.

We operate a limited-slot model in each service area. The number of available slots is determined by us at our discretion and may vary by area. You may hold one slot per service area and may be active in multiple areas simultaneously.

You may pause your slot at any time without permanently forfeiting your position. We do not disclose the identities or details of other contractors in your area. You will only see information relating to your own account and slot.

Leads are purchased in one-time packages. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Package options and pricing are as published on the platform at the time of purchase and are subject to change for new purchases. Packages are per service area and balances are additive.

Bonus leads and replacement credits included in certain packages are subject to the same exclusivity terms as paid leads but have no cash value.

A lead is valid and counts against your balance when the homeowner has provided verifiable contact details, confirmed their phone number through our verification process, is located within your designated coverage area, and has requested a service within your active niche.

A lead is not considered invalid solely because the homeowner did not answer, declined to proceed, chose a competitor, or did not convert into a paying job.

You may request a replacement credit for a delivered lead within 48 hours of delivery where the lead is demonstrably unusable — for example, because the phone number is disconnected, the address falls outside your coverage area due to a platform error, or the submission is a clear duplicate or fraudulent entry.

Replacement requests are assessed at our discretion. Approved replacements are fulfilled with a new, exclusive lead at no charge against your paid balance. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be considered. Unused replacement credits have no cash value and are forfeited on slot closure.

By using this platform, you agree to:

• Use homeowner contact information only to fulfil the service they requested
• Not resell, transfer, or share lead data with any third party
• Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable US federal and state laws when contacting leads
• Honour homeowner opt-out and do-not-contact requests without delay
• Maintain a valid contractor licence and appropriate insurance
• Not initiate payment chargebacks as a substitute for our refund process

You may grant access to team members under your account. You remain fully responsible for all actions taken by sub-users. Sub-users may not make purchases or modify account settings unless expressly permitted by you.

Our full refund and lead return terms are set out in the Refund and Lead Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: unused leads are refundable on a prorated basis upon slot exit; setup fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable; bonus leads and replacement credits have no cash value.

Your account may be suspended if you initiate a payment chargeback, engage in fraud or misuse, or materially breach these Terms. A suspended account is read-only. We will contest chargebacks using your signed service agreement and lead delivery records. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback.

Either party may exit a service area at any time. We may remove a contractor for material breach. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred.

All platform software, processes, systems, and proprietary methods are the intellectual property of Renaissance Enterprise Ltd. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform to receive leads only. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform.

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information about the platform, including its lead generation infrastructure, distribution methods, pricing, the identities of other contractors, and any information disclosed during onboarding or contract discussions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renaissance Enterprise Ltd’s aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising under these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via the platform and email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
