From contractor prospects (application stage)

When you submit an application to join the platform, we collect:

• Business name, owner name, and contact details
• Business address and service areas of interest
• Business information relevant to assessing your application
• Contractor licence and insurance details
• Scheduling and call booking information

From enrolled contractors

When you create an account and purchase a package, we additionally collect:

• Account credentials (email address; passwords are stored securely and never in plain text)
• Company and onboarding details
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details)
• Lead delivery and integration preferences
• Service area coverage selections
• Signed service agreements and purchase records
• Usage activity within your account

• Process package purchases and manage your lead balance
• Deliver leads to you via your chosen delivery channels

• You will use homeowner contact information only to fulfil the service they requested
• You will not resell, transfer, or share homeowner data with any third party
• You will honour opt-out and do-not-contact requests from homeowners promptly
• You will comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable US state and federal laws when contacting leads

• Account and business data: retained for the duration of your account and for 6 years after closure, in accordance with UK tax law
• Signed service agreements: retained indefinitely
• Package purchase records: retained indefinitely for financial and audit purposes
• Lead delivery and activity logs: retained for a reasonable period to support dispute resolution

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure (subject to legal retention obligations)
