What does "exclusive" actually mean?

One homeowner, one contractor. The lead is never resold, rerouted, or shared with anyone else in your niche, now or later. It is yours to work without a countdown. See the full rules in our Terms of Service.

Are the leads TCPA-compliant?

Yes. Every homeowner verifies their phone by one-time passcode, and each lead carries a TrustedForm TCPA certificate that we retain for five years at our cost. You remain responsible for your own compliance once you make contact.

When does my first lead arrive?

As soon as a verified homeowner submits in your area. Most contractors in active areas see their first lead within a week.

What if a lead turns out to be unusable?

Flag it within 48 hours, whether it is a dead number, the wrong area, or a fraudulent submission, and we replace it free. A lead does not count as unusable just because the homeowner did not pick up the first time.

Can I pause or cancel my slot?

Yes. Pause anytime and keep your slot in the area. If you leave, unused leads are refunded prorated under our Refund & Lead Return Policy.

Is there a subscription or retainer?

No. There is no subscription and no monthly retainer. Buy a package when you need leads, work them at your own pace, and top up when you are ready. Your balance never expires.
