What does "exclusive" actually mean?

How many contractors are in my area?

We operate a limited-slot model per service area. Once an area reaches capacity, no additional contractors can join that niche unless an existing one exits. Your discovery call will confirm current availability in your target territory.

When does my first lead arrive?

Leads are delivered the moment a homeowner’s submission is verified in your area. Most contractors in active territories receive their first lead within their first week of going live. We recommend calling within 10 minutes of delivery for the best close rate.

What if a lead turns out to be unusable?

Flag it within 48 hours of delivery — for example, a disconnected number, an address outside your coverage area, or a clearly fraudulent submission. If approved, we deliver a fresh replacement lead at no charge. A lead is not unusable because the homeowner didn’t answer or chose not to proceed.

Can I pause or cancel my slot?

Yes. You can pause your slot at any time — for vacations, capacity constraints, or seasonal slowdowns — without losing your position in the area. If you choose to exit entirely, unused leads are refunded on a prorated basis per our Refund & Lead Return Policy.

Is there a subscription or retainer?

No subscription and no retainer. You purchase a package one time, work the leads at your own pace, and decide when to top up. Your balance never expires. Tier details are in the pricing table above.

Do leads go to my CRM automatically?

Yes, if you configure a webhook in your account settings. Leads are delivered simultaneously to your portal, your email, and your CRM — within seconds of submission. You can set this up during onboarding or at any time after.
